DiverseCity in Civic Leadership
DiverseCity in Civic Leadership will reinvigorate the political process by identifying, training and mentoring diverse leaders who will run for elected office and manage election campaigns.
School4Civics
Our training and mentoring program, School4Civics, will equip candidates with what they need to run for elected office or manage election campaigns. Application for the 2010 program is now open. For more information, visit the School4Civics program page or email civicleadership@diversecitytoronto.ca.
How Government Works
How Government Works answers the question: How do governments make decisions? Is there a difference in how municipal, provincial and federal governments make those decisions? And how you can influence each government and at what point you can do so? To access the workshop material, download the two presentations below and learn how to influence a government’s decision-making process.
